Program Evaluations Overview

All J-1 interns/trainees are required by the U.S. Department of State to submit a Final Evaluation at the end of their internship. Those with a program lasting longer than six months must also submit a Midterm Evaluation. Evaluations must be completed and signed by you and your supervisor.

When submitting an evaluation, please include two to five pictures of your office, any trips you may have taken, and friends you made. Please do not embed the pictures in a word/pdf document; rather, include them as email attachments. You may also wish to submit photos to the CDS My America photo contest or video to the ABROADcast video contest.

Once you have completed your evaluatino, email it to evaluations@cdsintl.org. Please do not submit a hard copy if you have already sent it electronically.
